Discovered across a few and unrelated manuscripts, these geometric and languid creatures have been found gaining educated attention. Records that describe these creatures are sparse, and whatever record of them are found completely leave out any detail of the creatures. However, the context in which they are written in seem to imply a ranging personality, from impish pranksters to malevolent, persecuting titans. The target of these subjects seem to only revolve around humans and their belongings. The absence of their descriptions perhaps imply once the abundance of its population, and so also the understanding of it by the common folk.

One record, however, found in the 1950s, was a personal prayer book of an unknown taxman. Regarding the creature, only one mere sentence was found regarding it. Translated, they wrote, "God remind me not to taunt the Dvvedie, nor jest it with my riches, lest it may come upon me, and gnaw upon my arse once again." Since then, the scholars who know have bestowed upon the geometric creature a nickname of its own: Dweedie.
